great conversation, went through the quarterly cadence over last few years, I can definitely see the value as it creates visibility, highlights bottleneck, build alignment, which in turn build enterprise heartbeat. by the way, love the metric towards the end - % of work visible, # of decisions made, insights we have. would also add - improvement on delivery confidence, # of dependencies managed
