A lot of police officers do that. It's so you're already basically out of the car as soon as it stops so you don't have to unbuckle your seatbelt and all of that.
Nice comp, but wasnt the deputy from the shooting at 1:00 fired? Im not sure but there was definetly something going on with that. Because he shot the guy with his rifle after the car stopped. Update: Charges are filed and a hearing is set because the deputy pulled out his patrol rifle and shot at Ryan Twyman after the car had allready stopped. The first Part of the shooting that we see here seems to be justified. But the Deputy finished Ryan of, which is why he is getting charged with manslaughter and assault with a semi automatic weapon
