- Something a little different from usual... I just got back from a five-day vacation along the NS Pittsburgh Line in the Alleghany Mountains... On this trip I got DOZENS of great shots, but the best one of them all is this one... I'm very far behind on my video footage, so it may be a while before the footage from my trip goes live, but for now, here's a teaser clip for you...
This is the original, raw shot of a three-way meet taken early in the morning of June 27, 2016 from the Railroad Overlook in Cassandra, PA. Trains include 65K, 568, and M4G. Crank your speakers up and enjoy! Развлечения
That was awesome! Perfect camera angle. Just subscribed 👍👍
The kind of 3 way train video that is safe for work.
Ha....depends on where u work!
Cassandra is The best place to railfan in this area. The trees are set up to block the sun at about any time of day, its totally free, and just the most enjoyable spot to be in. The only thing you could complain about is to have another picnic table or two!
Fantastic! Great camera angle, no zooming, and great sound.
93 cars on the mixed freight train, 130 cars on the coal train, and 82 cars on the tank train including the white hoppers.
These boys and gals do it everyday, keeping this country rolling. Just another day for them!
I love seeing trains running side by side!! Awesome video!
This is proof right here that Pennsylvania is still my number one place to shoot pictures in videos this why I keep coming back!
Excellent!
WOW ! just WOW !
Great stuff! Very impressive! Thanks.
Amazing Catch!
Great catch!
Intense video. Great job.
That is ... very cool.
Love hanging out at Cassandra, just wish it wasn't 4 1/2 hours away !
5 hours and 300 miles for me! If only it were closer!
4 1/2 for me. Jersey.
One hour for me.
I might need to move to Cassandra just for the trains.
Gammareign you know there’s a motel you can stay at that’s walking distance from this location...?
Outstanding location, I am getting home sick. Thanks
Still waiting to grow out of loving the railroad, like everyone said. I'm 40 and the symptoms are getting worse!
Mine are too! I'm the same age🤣
I'm 60 and I will NEVER grow out of loving the railroad and trains! I've loved trains since I can remember and I'll love them till the day I die!🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚞

Man that coal train was massive
I ❤ Pennsylvania! I ❤ Norfolk Southern! 😃
Was it a coincidence that all the road engines were GEs and all the helpers were EMD.s?
Oil, coal and steel.
wow great show never seen b4
Nice video. The first train was completely blurred. Sad, since you had foreign power.
Amazing catch I caught a triple train race at the Conway yard
ah the sound of EMD's in notch 8, esp on a coal drag. Nice stuff
It's bound to happen if you stick around long enough.
This is also called a triple train meet
SHOW!!!!!
What kind of cars has them that their trains pulling with the tops on them I live along the Norfolk Southern Railway in Bristol Tennessee I've never seen a car like that
Brian Booher Steel coil cars...
Thanks man I wandered I've seen a lot of different cars go by there where I live at never seen none of them
Very good! Question: are those three tracks mainlines? Just wondering.
Yep, all main tracks... Used to be another in that gap you can see, but it's been triple-track since the 1980s...
Thank you.
Great!
That coal train will not be going that fast when gets to Carney's Crossing In Lilly, It was so slow I walked beside one for bout 100 yards, believe me they were hummmming, thanks.
I wonder if you would see many trains there on a Sunday?
Dan Gunn you can. Sunday’s are not that slow.
👏👏👏👏👏
Awesome, just Awesome!! ☺✌Ty
One of them needs to stop because what if it goes to a 2 rail?
It doesn't.
for the first min, i thought i must have caught the pause button lol ;-)
Yeah, I generally start shooting earlier to fit captions in... This is the original raw file, though, so no editing or captions, thus 90 seconds of nothing at the start...
@@MC6853 yer all good nice vid, i never fail to go wide eyed at how long the trains are, we have nothing like that here in the uk.
Well we got oil coal and a coil train oil coal and steel we have to have it
