You let us know that you are like us....with our insecurities and unpleasantries. However, you make sure to explain what we should be doing in these times of "trouble" and where are thoughts need to change. I appreciate this video (and all the others) so very much. I am grateful. Sometimes I get so worried or suffer with such bad anxiety it feels like I am having a heart attack. I will listen to this over and over to help me. Thank you
I’m going to have to do this as well. Medication like Xanax, which I’m very responsible with. My Dr is literally begging me off but it really hasn’t been a good idea. I’m on like 4 or 5 different anxiety medication. Also I have a lot of stress. It’s just a bad idea because I’m having a lot more stress. I’m still on a small amount. I want to explain to him that it’s not worth the risk coming off. It’s not like I’ve ever had an issue. The cdc new suggestions I understand but it absolutely is not good for all. Anyway I think this guy had a comforting voice. ✌🏻♥️🌹

I agree to everything you said. I have observed that I accept when the change happens but later there is the ripple effect that causes worry or stress. I don't think I have reached the level of mental strength but I find that being out in nature and watching it go through the changes and it's ripples with stability seems to talk volumes.. Plus I do physical activity that reduces the stress and shifts the mindset.

This isn’t easy to do but I will try. His example of saying he practicing detaching when he says goodbye to his family. This happened to my father when he left after having lunch to go work. He had a cardiac arrest in the evening but luckily my brother was on his way to his business to save him. But he’s still recovering for 5 months and we have faith Gurbani will help heal him 100%

From getting relief ,from stress guru Nanak mantra's (japuji sahib)in closedeyes,really helpful to us,secondly ,when we go on walk at morning and Evening time ,the mind relexation exercises and yoga are fully helpful to take out yourselves from stress.The moreover,you can avoid other stressful medicines by doing Nanak mantra's at morning 🌄 time and yoga exercises at evening time ,when u feel free from exotic worldy affairs. So that's all about by me
I notice that I try and bypass stress and that it bothers others who are naturally over stressed. It’s almost as if they have to pas it on, but find a narrative that justifies it as they work on “giving the gift” of stress. If i don’t accept it, however…they either see good modeling or have to continue to carry it. It honestly feels like they subconsciously believe that if they can pass it on, it can be released and picked up by another-freeing them of it. Waheguru 🙏🏾
We actually did plan our bodies n we choose our parents before we were born to help us learn lessons in this life n we did plan when we will die, we just don't remember.
I have a lot of difficulty in embracing change, I lost my younger brother some years ago , I always have fear of loosing my loved ones, (like my son, husband, parents) , it's really difficult to accept
- slow down and focus on your breath. This will calm your racing thoughts and help you to get in touch with the life force within you which is in control of everything. Bring attention to your breath, to the present moment and to what is real, to reduce stress and worry. Fear= illusion - Remember your blessings
For a change, focus on the mind and the patterns that it creates or the thought impulse that sweeps it instead of focusing on the breath. Try this as a meditation. As you observe your own mind and its movement, you are in a better position to regulate it. मन कुछ और नहीं सिर्फ ध्यान है ! ध्यान को पकड़ लो मन पकड़ में आ जाएगा !
Do simran for an hour. In a little loud voice or real loud voice. Then after an hour you will be in dhyana..kalyug me kirtan pardhana gurmukh japiye laye dhyana.do dhyana for half an hour or an hour or more it will be thoughtless stage. Afur awastha. Furne vichara to rehat Do it everyday in early morning and before sleeping at night. You will be free from all stress within a week. Be sure that whatever happens happens because god wants it that way. You cant change anything. You can try to change but cant change everything happens with the will of lord So submit into his will. And keep on trying.
