Crazy how much the battery life can vary between users. My fiancée has an S22+ and she has zero issue making it through a day. I'll sometimes see her plug in as we're sitting on the couch in the evening maybe around 8 or 9pm. But she easily makes it through a work day
She don't use it much aside for when he texting his man behind your back other than that she be using it as back ground music when she getting some d balls deep in a hotel somewhere
You're right. Mine I think only took one week of usage and now my S22U can literally last for 2 days one one charge. It only had about 42%-46% at about 19h30 until it died about around 00h00. This legit suprised me because it was just so sudden. Enjoying the experience 👌💯
My S22U had a terrible battery life until I reset all settings and wiped all cache, the battery life is great since then. Many people said that there is some problems when you transfer data from your old phone using Samsung Smart Switch app, and they recommend to do the same thing as I did.
I got 10 hours+ on the 13 pro max but Shevon's only lasted 8.5hrs. He's a heavy user indeed

The battery dip is due to the high usage of the camera. Taking photos and videos definitely drains the battery way faster than normal usage. As a samsung user myself, this is relatable.

I absolutely LOVE my S22 Ultra. It's the BEST phone on the market hands down. I also have the Iphone 13 pro max and I end up using my S22 ultra MUCH more. I can only use the iphone for about 2 weeks before I get bored to death of it.

i think the difference is because of the screen brightness ,resolution and things like always on display and depending on how good each app is optimised otherwise the result will be closer

Great video. If you use a compatible charger you will be able to "Super fast charge" the phone. You will see a blue/Turquoise color instead of green. It's double the charging speed of regular fast charging.

I got iPhone 13, google pixel Xl 2016 and Samsung note 10+. Also got a Xr as a work phone and I charge it every few days that’s with being used for calls and texts for work.

Absolutely excellent work young man! 👏...I did find it strange when you went to your battery life graph that the day you power used it you got only 4+ hrs sot, your so(off)t was very low...4+ hrs too... even on your other days the totals never added up to only 8 hrs... my lowest has been 12 added up together, and it's usually 15-16 hrs... that's the only part that seemed a little inconsistent to me... if you got an answer for that, I'd sure like to hear it if it's something I don't know. Absolutely love the real time going through your day feel.
This was a good video regarding battery life I never make it pass 5 hours of usage so his time was spot on the total adds up
@@RC-ku3lo I don't think you read my post, or didn't understand it... wasn't questioning his sot of 4+hrs...I was questioning his screen off time just for that particular day...none of his other days had a screen off time that low... which made it inconsistent... this means he would've had to have the phone on the charger for like 8hrs...how when he power used it that day... this is what I was asking... if you get it.
I have just ordered mine today here in Europe (Romania)! It will arrive the day after tomorrow. Burgundy color, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage space and I also ordered a Samsung wireless charger. Wanna find a case for it and put a screen protector. I bought this phone because it's a beast, I'm a photography lover so 108MP sounds wow, plus I can take RAW photos and edit them. Also the phone is cheaper compared to the Iphone 14 Pro/Pro Max (some stores offer discounts) which the stores don't even have them for sale in stock, only the models used for showing them to the public, those that are on display. They have only the standard version for sale! You have wait for the Iphone 14 Pro/ ProMax, they will arrive in February here in stores, online shopping websites. Also I'm more or less a Samsung fanboy..so..you got the point. Keep up the good work man! ✌🏻❤

no phone can do everything 🤦♂️ I accept that, just like when I had s22ultra I accepted that my phone couldn't even last me a day. I didn't argue that it charges faster, I just accepted it and moved on to a different phone that I liked🤷♂️

@@Unknownuserhtps not really id say the exynos chip in my experience is really fast and also just works and no the s22 ultra doesn't "lag" in my experience id say the iphone takes battety life and speakers,when it comes to ease of use and design depends on preference.Samsung also has its pros like better display,camera,more costumization,more features (it just works) the phones are both really fast but the a15 chip doesnt waste as much battery in things like gaming so gaming goes to iphone too but on terms of speed and smoothness they are both super close and taking into consideration that every version of s22 has 120hz id say its clear and i have studied a lot in this particular topic (s22 vs iphone 13) most reviews if not all result in samsung being the best phone out there and wins when paired with iphone 13.Its not called best phone in the world without a reason

im not sure but for samsung devices the battery technically learns your usage patterns and adjust according to it
happened to me when i first bought the galaxy watch 4 44m the battery died the first day very quickly
next day i woke up it lasted for 2 days.
And for the phone(samsung m51 it has like a 7000 mah battery my god x=x)
It laster a day for the first time then lasted approx 3 days after later usage

I think a good compromise is use a iPhone as a daily main phone and a older android for all the stuff you can do on android like it’s much easier for game console emulation and file managing. I would rather it the other way but the battery life of iPhone is really good as is a few other things.

You also have the resolution set higher, which can lower battery life. And idk if you saw it, but on the S22 series there is an option called Extra Brightness which will crank it up even higher. And another thing I really wish Apple had is Extra Dim. It's under accessibility but basically you can turn the screen to almost imperceptibly dark, which would be great for watching videos and stuff in bed at night. If I had the money, I would for sure switch to the S22 Ultra. Android as an OS is so much more free than iOS with customization and side-loading. But it even has more features baked in. Why does the iPhone reverse wireless charge Apple's MagSafe battery pack but nothing else? Big missed opportunity with the AirPods and Apple Watch because they both have magnetic charging and the phones have MagSafe.

The S22 Ultra seems like a cool phone but I’d still choose my 13 pro over it. The battery on my phone is awesome! I love it!
I'm using 13 Pro max and would consider the change if in my region snapdragon version would be available not Exynos..S22 Ultra is far more enjoyable phone with tone of features comparing to iphone but what is a main plus for apple is consistency and battery performance.

Imagine chewing through 2 charging cycles per day and then blast it with ultra fast charging , then you'd have to change your battery every 2 years. Love Samsung but damn they need to optimize their battery more.

The s23 ultra is worth giving a try. Itll come out in january. Its a 9.9/10 in all areas.
The battery really sucks, especially in the Middle East going outside and using the phone it gets the device very hot, which lowers the screen on time for me… I hope they somewhat fix this with software updates.
Wierd cause generally iPhones are the worst in heat and the gps during a road trip in heat will bring a temperature warning and exit out

One of the biggest things that you missed is the adaptive battery along with turning on fast / super-fast charging in the settings which would help with your complaint about the battery
Enjoying technology is the best rather than to compare brand vs brand just enjoy every technologies the earth have
why aren't the phone camera's not Optimized in instagram and snapchat beacause sometimes it annoyes me
Next Time try to use the intellegent battery feature of Samsungs battery settings, It will analyze your App usage and therefore it will adjust everything to make your battery last longer

Your phone battery doesn't last as long as it should. I can get around 7-9 hours of screen on time using the highest display settings. I also have the Snapdragon version.

I tested S22 Ultra against my old Xiaomi Mi Note 10 from 2019 today and was surprised to find out that in some of the scenarios the Mi Note 10 wasn't just better, it literally wiped the floor with the S22 Ultra. I'm super confused

my s22 ultra fully charges in an hour 40 minutes with the samsung 25 watt charger
also idk how much you use yours but i can easily go a full day of college with loads of use and at home too
mine goes from 8 am till 1 am midnight and ill still have like 20 or 30% left

I have seen these comments too much, i think ppl just don't get it, in s22 ultra u have a beast battery, and it can hold quit for a day, u just need to make it at saving power mode, turn off always on display, and some other stuff like extra high resolution !!, in iphone u think u have better battery but the truth is that u just don't have that extra fancy features like always on display ...etc wich is take alot of percents for a day, for me and i am not a fan of any company i just buy wut i think it is good for me to hold as far as it can be, i see SAMSUNG give u more space of freedom, bring u alot of features u can get used to it so it is just depend 9n u and how u r using the phone !! Wanna have long battery ? Btw, i did this atmy note 10+ " 3yrs old phone " and compare it to iphone 13 pro max, it holds me for the whole day and at the end the battery was just 25% while the iphone died...
