This was a great watch! Even when I don't make your exact recipes in your videos, you inspire me to up my air fryer game. Case in point: I had some leftover hot dog buns last week that probably would have gone moldy in another day or two. I didn't make cinnamon buns out of them, but I did put them in the air fryer to make up a couple of nice toasted sandwiches for dinner. Speaking of the cinnamon buns, Olivia and her friend totally stole the show on that one! Isn't it fun teaching kids the things we love to do? I'm an IT consultant, whenever the opportunity arises, I love building computers for clients with their kids or grandkids. The looks of wonder and excitement on their faces is so precious to me that I do those builds at a reduced rate. It seems to me that you get the same enjoyment from teaching kids how to cook with your air fryers.
Oh my I can't believe that you poured "liquid gold " into your garbage bin. 🥓 I have a container in my refrigerator for bacon grease, just like my mom. Some dishes taste amazing when fried in bacon grease. I know we want to eat healthy but sometimes it's fun to go "old school " with our recipes

If you ever have trouble with the vanilla essence making the milk curdle, add the vanilla essence to the sugar first, then put the mixture into the milk. It shouldn't be a problem with highly processed milk ( the stuff that takes several hours to make cheese cruds from) but 'natural' milk may not like the alcohol in the essence.

I'm in Thailand for half the year and only have access to a gas cook top, 2 frying pans and an airfryer. I make bread and rolls multiple days every week. They start in a fryi g pan with the otherfor the lid then finished in the airfryer.
can you put water in your air fryer? I saw a recipe for hassel back potatoes and they said to put about half a cup of water in the basket under the rack to make sure the bottoms of the potatoes get done

Do the grease pops all over the air fryer inside? I always cover my parchment paper when cooking in the oven. I am a beginner. I just received my air fryer on 7/7/24. Ninja 5.2 quart.
I've been watching you for a couple of years or so. I use my AF for almost everything,, especially in the summer. Keeps the kitchen cool and I get great meals. I recommend AF 'ers and YOU to all my friends

The point which I was trying to make: think of all those who are manually taking notes as you suggested while she has an electronic version already in her "files" - an absolute waste of time to take notes and very selfish to not include at lease a copy pinned in the comments. I pass on any channel that does not provide a written version - my time is equally valuable as hers, if not more so. I never discard bacon grease. I saw it for sale at the grocery store. It was $10.00 for a pint jar!
