My names is Yasmin Huma Khan. I am gonna show you how to make the Delicious ( Dish Mutton Korma ) at home. TRY IT OUT
(Ingredients)
Mutton = 1 kg
Garlic and Ginger paste = 2 table spoon
Haldi = 1/2 table spoon
Lal Mirch Powder = 1 and 1/2 table spoon
Dhaniya Powder = 3 table spoon
Namak = 1 table spoon
Garam Masala = elaichi 5, Kaali Mirchi 1/2 table spoon, 6 Long pepper, Daal Chini 2, 1 big black Elichi
Narial (Gola) = 2 Big Spoon
Onion = 3 medium size
Daahi = 250 g
Oil = 250 ml
