Tameka explains that she had the procedure in Brazil and went into a coma when she was anesthetized. Later on, she reflects on the cultural pressure women face to "modify" their bodies. Watch above.

That.s what doctors make you do in the U.S. for your own good. Other countries are not on our level here in the States which is why you don.t pop over to another country and have surgery.
