how bout we enforce the laws that were already on the books that would mitigate road rage? Like don't text and drive, slower traffic keep right, don't drink and drive, use your turn signals for 3 seconds before a lane change/turn, check your blind spots and mirrors before lane changes, etc...
I moved to Utah 8 years ago and quickly learned that the most aggressive drivers always self-identify...they put a big red "U" somewhere on their vehicle. I've been told it stands for U-tard.
