This game is jank but its is infinitely more fun than FIFA and actually gives me my football fix, the passing build up is actually satisfying and you can score tons of different types of goals.

For next year fifa NEEDS to rework the icons so they work better ingame
one the biggest and most abject failures in FIFA is EA's inability to make so many good players usable because their gameplay is so dogshit that if a player doesn't have high pace and agility then they're horrible to use. think about someone like Marco van Basten, one of the greatest strikers of all time, triple Balon d'Or winner, is completely unusuable, but someone like Emilio Butragueno, who was a good player, but didn't have anywhere near a career of Van Basten, is clear of MvB in game, not only insanely dumb, but just downright disrespectful to some of footballs most legendary players
@Patrick Lorran in my honest opinion every icon should be broken and at least have 90s on almost everything. It's sad that more than 80 percent of icons don't get played because they are actual trash.

Just look at the diversity of the goals in efootball, I doubt there was a repeated goal in this whole video, if it was fifa every match would have at least 2 cutback goals each game

@@verbon47 I’m div 4 generally, definitely all I see, I liked when lengthy was good because it made your defenders able to keep up, I used Fabinho as my CDM in the beginning and he was flying when running back. Ever since the change it’s just been players running down the wing to the touch line and waiting for a player to be free for a cut back which has ridiculous consistency.

What i love about eFootball: it‘s actually football. It shows, when you know some basic football, like building triangles. And it definitely shows if you don‘t know that, especially the way some people defend. Slow build up play and possession gameplay is so satisfying (even if it‘s not „the meta“).
But the content is missing now for 1,5 years and it‘s pissing me off.
I just love the player cards in eFootball.

Closest thing to a realistic football sim, unlike the arcade style Fifa, so nice to see gameplay so life like not ping pong passes, players skating on ice, ball rebounding back to the AI 9/10, the ball going through players bodies etc, Fifa is friggin garbage.

Although the graphics looks so bad but the gameplay is so fun 😂 every single goal looks different and there are so much diversity of build up unlike fifa. I think i gonna go back to PES 😅

FIFA 19 Stockholm syndrome just kicked in late for Pick Lmao. That game was pure aids. The amount of times the ball would rebound back to your opponent after a tackle was unreal. The DDA was heavier. The crosses were aids. The usable players were limited. FIFA 23 at least has the most usable players I’ve seen. Even sorloth is crazy. And tap shots saved the game for me. I finally found a consistent way to finish. 23 ain’t perfect but it has Redeeming qualities
Fifa 19 definetly had problems, first time shots, finesse, dda, but it was more fun

If they don't care about the game, then they wouldn't care about the gameplay? They've clearly improved the gameplay to make it more realistic and to give more variety in every match you play...
I understand that there aren't a lot of game modes but we can only hope for Master League to come out this year, Konami confirmed it last year.

This game is far superior to fifa in my opinion. Fifa is a pay to win, toxic arcade game. Goals are more rewarding, and cut backs aren't anywhere near as effective.

fifa is utter garbage, eFootball is way better. Unfortunately, no content for a career mode . So I'm stuck playing PES 2021 on my PS4, manually doing every transfer in the world. Unfortunately the amount of players that aren't in the game / doesn't have a face is quickly rising... So I really hope eFootball gets some career mode content soon.

I think I like PES more for the diversity of legends. They have fucking Zico and yet he isn’t in FIFA. Personally, I think the lack of image rights on teams benefits them to get more players. Kahn and Zico have been desired in FIFA and EA can’t pull the trigger.

how is efootball clear of fifa? the animation are pretty funky and you can barely aim you sliding tackle, it is harder to score a variety of goal compare to Fifa and it is boring AF, the Div match is not even worth it and you get only like 100 coin on new event
