      This video covers JEE topics.JEE Unit 10: Oscillations and Waves: Wave Motion. Longitudinal and transverse waves.
      In fact, every video I have made for more than the last year has been on JEE topics.

    Edit : I have a question if there are 8 crests in a wave , and all These crests pass a point how many cycles does it make ? How can there be 8 cycles ? Shouldn’t it be 7?

      It's inconclusive to me. We aren't directly given the fact that 8 complete waveforms pass the point. It is possible for 8 crests to pass a point, and only 7.1 complete cycles happen. It is also possible for 8 crests to pass a point and 8 complete cycles to happen.
      The de-facto answer is that in the difference is considered insignificant, and you keep it simple and just answer 8.

    At 10:43, is it not applicable to used third graph (density vs. time graph) for describing horizontal or vertical mass spring system? What I am trying to say is doesn't the mass spring system compresses then expands just like longitudinal wave?
