I personally think people should choose the nightclub as you already get the other ones with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. The nightclub is not included with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack so you will basically get all the best businesses by choosing the nightclub business. Plus you have like enough money to even get a terrobyte which will make other businesses easier.
Criminal enterprise starter pack carries over into next gen? Didnt see it in the online section of the pause menu

All you're doing is moving from the xbox one version to the xbox series x version. It'll be the same as moving from the xbox 360 to xbox one if you did that back in the day.

When we start for the first time and have no money, all we have to do is help someone with the Cayo heist or the bogdan so we can buy the submarine so we can prepare the shipment to Cayo. And then you can become a billionaire. For lvl we just buy the agency.

@Rhyleigh Mackenzie that i dont know cause ive never transferred an acct to a mext gen console before so all this is new to me
I didn’t do this when I made my career builder character, but you could always just spend the least amount of money on everything except cars, and then when you load into the world just sell your cars and get a fraction of the money back. Not sure if they’ll even let you but I’d only suggest it if you don’t plan on using a second character. But the vehicle choices are pretty solid. I started with the Kuruma and Nightshark which are pretty good “starter” cars if you ask me.

Its so BS that it can only be done once. I tested it out before migrating my PS4 player, which I only played about 5 hours of back when the game fist came out. Then I migrated my PS4 player, expecting I could do the career builder again. Im so pissed off. I cant even create a new player and do the career builder again :(

IMO Rockstar should have offered up to 20 million if you chose to start fresh. As much as the business upgrades cost, 4 million ain't that great to totally abandon your other character. It doesn't even sound that great if you're a newcomer either. 20 million would at least let newcomers fully upgrade 2-3 businesses and maybe buy 1 car.

When I started, I started with nothing. ZERO MONEY. I have to grind a lot to get where I'm at. Now all new players get something little easier, then I faced in the past. 😑

I thought about that too while watching this, thinking about my old PS3 account (may he forever Rest In Peace), how I started literally from day one in 2013, and how I had to literally start from the bottom. Back then it was the heist and the deathmatch, maybe the missions if you had the armored car. It was rough, really rough, stopped playing after a while only came back very sporadically.
But then I thought about my PC account, which came with a bunker, clubhouse, garage, apartment and office, plus a lil money as well. Having climbed the ladder in two years since then, I think it was worth it. I play way more often and own most of the stuff now. Hell, I made like 8 million on hits last week!
Having seen both sides, I get where you’re coming from, but I can’t deny starting with something is a much better feeling. It makes the game more fun.

If you’re in an MC on old Gen, does your patch n all that club stuff transfer over to Next Gen too does anybody know? Either in migrate or new character? I’m assuming right, since it’s in your Rockstar Social Club 🤔 it’s just the “character” that’s changing/migrating
Update: Yes everything transfers. BUT… the crew logo/emblem was a bit weird. I was able to get it on almost everything (tops), except the leather jacket. It’s glitched out or something. The logo does not appear, and only a dark/black squares box is shown where the emblem is supposed to go…

Happening to me and others aswell. The only way to fix this is manage characters but u will not have anything that you bought with the 4 million. But u can still make money for both accounts

No it's your account so if you try it there might be a possibility you'll lose your main
so basically if we are already on series x are basically screwed and forced to start over from scratch

Yh happening to loads of people we all just need to report it to rockstar. You can somewhat fix it with manage characters and making a new one but u will not have anything that you originally bought with the 4 million. U can still make money for both accounts tho

When you migrate you keep all your stats and progress but I’m not sure about creating a new character.
When you transfer your rank does it take the rank from the previous player completely or will both be rank 21?

I heard if you transfer your character you can't use that character in the older ones and you cant cross play with xbox one and ps4s. I'm thinking about starting from scratch on the series x

Lets say you now play on ps4, tomorrow you buy ps5, on ps 5 if you transfer your ps4 character to new gen, with all data money etc, you won't be able to have the same character again on ps4, you can still play on ps4, but with new character, because you transfered it to ps5 version

Guys I need help. Yesterday as I was the nightclub owner something happened. I closed my game on my PS5 but now all of a sudden I am in the gta online mode. I cannot choose a character anymore. I thought deleting the previous character could fix it and making a new could let me choose a carrer but it didn’t work.

Anyone correct me if I’m wrong but I’m fairly certain you can have both. You can start a new character with the career builder and also have access to your unlocks from the criminal enterprise starter pack. But I would have to double check.

I fucking love it. I play this game a lot and have 4000+ hours played on my online character since the 360 days then to Xbox one and now series X. 4K resolution @60 FPS is a massive improvement to gameplay, the updated textures and vegetation bring more life to the game and I now find myself wanting to play more than ever.

Well if I was going to start over I would pick ceo and be a merc for a while, you know accepting all invites to heists, missions, etc, also I would stay away of the motorcycle club, the regular heists and the casino pen house, also I would only buy like five cars, I have like ten garages and I don't even remember what is inside. Then when I do a heist I can't find my good cars.

Do not migrate just yet if you do you will only be able to play with people that have migrated. You progressions on old console is deleted.
