These juris plays love wasting meter at 17:12 level 1 would have taken him out he literally threw the match

Not the reason he lost. Even if he were to connect with his lvl 1 on wake up it wouldn't have killed him. But at this level waking up with a super has such a low chance of actually working, he tried to deal damage but he couldn't capitalize.
