I mean, building a good community for stealing jokes from is in itself a great accomplishment. And the community Frost built is great in so many different ways.
23:15 Yeah, that's why I've been thinking about getting into stuff like that, but also uneasy about it. I'm convinced I could do what Frost is doing, but I'm not there yet. I haven't gotten a community or people willing to listen to my nonsense, so it's a bit spooky to just have to leap out and start without anything at all. Especially since any growth comes from already having something. I don't crave the attention, fame, easy life, or money that people mostly want out of jobs like streaming or Hollywood Actor jobs, and don't plan to sacrifice my integrity to grifting for those things. I just want to do these things for the fun of it, and to be able to see the impact that I make. I just would like to not sacrifice hours of my life to something that does nothing for anyone, and losing out on other opportunities by jumping into streaming or ttrpg dev and failing. Surprising, I know. I would like to have a stable financial life while doing the things I enjoy. Too much to ask for, I suppose.
The biggest difference between beginners and experienced players of the Spire is courage. Relics like brimstone are very scary to new players. Just yesterday I had a 250 gold for HP start. Straight into a shop and saw Brimstone and I couldn't click it fast enough. I breezed through a heart kill. Other things that are scary for new players are Nightmare (situational), and wraith form. But these things turn out to be the best choices I could make. And of course Claw.
Frost just Rushdown stance danced on all four characters. It was pretty boring to watch so I understand him and Andrew making the tactical decision to skip them.
Yeah he’s got the record now but the Slay the Spire reddit folks aren’t recognizing it because he’s bad at game, which is honestly pretty fair. More content for us though!
@@dkist46 Stance dancing is what people call the common Watcher strategy where they change between Calm, Wrath, and no stance multiple times in a turn to generate a lot of energy, deal damage and gain block, and draw a lot of cards with supporting Powers like Rushdown. It’s very mana and card efficient to the point of being a possible infinites. Its probably one of the most consistent ascension 20 Watcher decks, but Frost Prime (and many of us viewers) find it same-y, so he frequently builds other Watcher archetypes, like Scry focused decks, and also does very well with them, even if its “sub-optimal” for the C.U.M. Challenge. And to wrap up, it’s not actually possible to Stance Dance with any of the other three characters without the Prismatic Shard and improbable amounts of luck, I was just joking about most of the things I wrote.
Idk who the thumbnail guy is but give that man a raise
For $5 or for free with a twitch prime you can give the thumbnail maker a raise
It’s frost, he makes a good chunk of his thumbnails
On god
In the slayed spire. Straight up "brimming it". And by "it", haha, well let's justr say. My stoned.

It’s awesome that after 6 turns brimstone mimics wrath
Doesn’t it loosely mimic wrath every single turn? What do you mean only after 6 turns?
@@tmacattack8302 you're baiting right??
@@Pedaeus nope I guess I’m just dumb…. seriously what do you mean? Did I miss him saying something in the video?

To complete the word, the next Peglin Poglin should just be "Stone".
