Esto es debido a que el cable principal de maza (tierra) que va del poste negativo de la batería a el motor, no sirve, esta roto, flojo haciendo falso contacto etc .. etc. Y el tubo esta supliendo esa función del cable, pero es insuficiente a demás que esta floja la tuerca, y el motor de arranque gira lentamente a falta de esa tierra y la corriente no pasa adecuadamente para cerrar bien el circuito y arranque sin problema. 😊
