Church of Misery-"Der Hund Von Baskerville" (Cindy & Bert cover)

From the new EP, which was released in limited quantities.
So...it's a Japanese cover (sung in German) of a German cover of an English song. Okay.
But yeah, Church of Misery is one of the best bands in the history of forever, buy their albums (especially Master of Brutality), etc.

Okay, here we go. As a german, this is very fucking weird. A japanese Doom Metal band covers a song from Cindy and Bert, a German "Schlager-Duo", which covered the Song "Paranoid" from the legendary Doom Metal Band Black Sabbath but with a different Text sung in my native language. And yet still, they tend to sing in fucking german. Okay, I think I got it.

I hate to be *that* kind of metal guy, buuut *technically speaking* paranoid isn't doom metal, black sabbath (the 1970 s/t debut) was. because tommy iommi was missing a few fingers, they invented the first genre of heavy metal, lol.
and yes, i realize that this comment is 11 years old, i'm just *that* pedantic sometimes 😉
