Mr seaga was one of those politicians, who had done more harm than good to the jamaican society ,he was very instrumental/contribution in the high crime rate we r having in jamaica today ,he had recruited dons and hard core criminals whos children's,children's r carrying on in similar crime path, such is their ways of life, what he had created , caused lives to be lost to death and prison, his influence of disaster continue in this generation because children live what they learn ,all this was only for political gain, one of the areas that was and still affected by seaga influence is west Kingston.

Very well said Mr. Patterson! Edward Seaga, as an individual, demonstrated humility in various ways and even in his debate against you, as leader of the opposition, one couldn't, especially myself, really feel or detect any sentiment of animosity between the JLP & PNP national and political parties.

Good people die every day. Yet not all of them affirm for us the goodness in humanity and leadership the way The Most Hon. Edward Phillip George Seaga, ON, P.C., LL. D did. He passed away this and left a legacy of positive experiences for anyone who took the time to know him - which wasn’t a hard thing to do.
Mr. Seaga transformed Jamaica from a slump to the best country in the Caribbean. Mr. Seaga also established the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) in 1968. Through the UDC the waterfronts of Kingston, Ocho Rios, and Montego Bay were developed into a major resort, residential, port and office complexes. Among other accomplishments, the UDC spearheaded the development of Negril as a resort area. Notably, two-thirds of the choice of land for development was acquired by the UDC at Mr. Seaga’s initiative to establish a land bank. This formed the basis for planned developments such as Hillshire, Bloody Bay (Negril), Seville and Auchindown (Westmoreland).
The Most Hon. Edward Phillip George Seaga, ON, P.C., is the Greatest Prime Minister of Jamaica, Sir I Love You!!!

Well said, but you didn't do like seaga, instead you did the opposite and sell out 🇯🇲 jamaica assets to the chinese and worst sold out our national airline , Air jamaica. Now the dollar has no value. If Seaga had more youth in his favor, and still was running the country, Jamaica would be on top with a strong dollar exchange value, like in the 80s $5.00 🇯🇲 to $1.00 🇺🇸.

MHPM Edward Seaga bought a property on Wellington Street, Kingston & established the Chocomo Lawn..He then formed a band called Victor's Pop Band that played at Chocomo Lawn.
Veteran Winston Riley had a big break when he became a member of that band as a singer and a bass player, with Slim Smith, Frederick Waite, Franklyn White, and the Richards Brothers. Many Many more ignorant
