That door opening was a really good capture. I have just discovered you guys after watching Caspersight who showed us a clip from one of your videos along with other investigators. I like your style of trying to find evidence of the afterlife. Not too struck on things like ghost apps but will tolerate them. I am more old school. I don't know if you ever use them. I am planning on binge watching your episodes now so will find out. It won't put me off though because but I like how you investigate anyways. Thanks for the vid today. Just an observation regarding that attic door opening...it wasn't fully closed to begin with, part of the latch is clearly visible. Also, there's a disembodied voice in the basement sequence not picked up by Phil at approx. the 15:47 mark...
