'याद करिए मुहर्रम के समय में सड़कें सूनी हो जाती थी। आज मुहर्रम आयोजित हो रहा है इसका पता भी नहीं लग रहा। ताजिया के नाम पर घर तोड़े जाते थे, पीपल के पेड़ काटे जाते थे, सड़कों के तार हटाए जाते थे। आज कहा जाता है किसी गरीब की झोपड़ी नहीं हटेगी। आज कहा जाता है सरकार नियम बनाएगी, त्योहार मनाने हैं तो नियमों के अंतर्गत मनाओ नहीं तो घर बैठ जाओ। ये मनमानापन नहीं चल सकता है।'... ये बात कही है उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने।
