- Neymar rainbow flick tutorial. Only 1 person in the game can do this skill move. This is Brazil superstar Neymar Jr's unique animation. From this FIFA 23 skill moves tutorial you learn how to do Neymar Rainbow Flick.
For every controller it's always the same:
1st Right Stick flick to the back of the player
2nd Right Stick flick to the direction the player is facing
Remember this logic when performing FIFA rainbow flick. This way you know how to do it to any direction on the FIFA 23 gameplay football pitch.
To do a bicycle kick from Neymar rainbow flick, do the bicycle kick command instantly:
PlayStation: L2 + O
Xbox: LT + B
Switch: ZL + A
As you can see from this video, I perform the bicycle kick just milliseconds after the rainbow flick gets in air. Be super quick with it to score Neymar goals like in this video. If you didn't succeed at first, just do it again until you get it.

Thank you & appreciate the comment. Yes the rainbow is very easy when you think of it like this: Flick right analog stick Backwards & Forward (from player's perspective).
The sprint button also has to be released when doing it. R2 (sprint) + right stick flick performs a knock on, so attempted rainbow will always fail if you are sprinting :)

Yes once you've learned it once, it's hard to forget it. 1st step towards back of the player, then forward. It's extremely easy and it's cool that now even 2-star skillers can do it. I've done rainbow to scorpion kick / bicycle kick with even Harry Maguire, which is funny.

When should u press the bicycle kick buttons? At the same time after the flick?
Usually instantly after the rainbow flick executes. If you are fast with it, then it'll bicycle kick it almost instantly before the ball has time to rise higher. It's more effective this way, and players can't intervene it.

Yeah Pro cam makes it easier certainly, but with practice you get it more easily in tele or broadcast camera's as well. Just gotta observe how your player is aligned.

If you ever struggle in doing these FIFA skills, I've written more how-to tips to the video description. Some skills require context and more info, but unfortunately I can't fit everything on a vertical short video.
For me I can’t get the rainbow flick high enough for scorpions or bicycles I try to chain the skill moves but do you them with tiny breaks or do you REALLY CHAIN THEM ⛓️
I try to really chain them without much time in between. I believe the skill chain resets in about 2 seconds time window. So try not to have 2 seconds of just dribbling. This is why Reverse Step Over is so amazing because it's easy to repeat tons of times in just few seconds.

in FIFA 22 bicycle kick is done the same way. L2 (LT left trigger) + finish. And you can bicycle kick with even L2 + cross.

At the time when this video was made it was available, but once the World Cup mode was added to FIFA 23, they removed Brazil from international teams outside of world cup -mode.
Closest way to get Brazil's kit is to transfer Neymar to Cadiz in La Liga. Their kit is very similar.

Rainbow flick should be one of the easiest skill moves in the game. Are you doing the first right stick flick towards the back of the player, and the second flick towards the direction the player is facing?
The tutorial images are always done from the first person perspective. Down arrow means towards BACK of the player, and up arrow means FORWARD to the direction player is looking at.
This all changes when you move on the gameplay pitch, but there's no other way to do these tutorials. The FIFA in-game skill catalog also provides the tutorials in similar manner, you just have to imagine them always from the first person perspective via the player's eyes.

How does the camera follow neymar
The practice arena uses the pro camera. You can try it in gameplay matches as well, although it's not good in competitive matches.

Before entering the practice arena, you can change the player from the submenu. But in FC 24 your favorite team is the arena team. Neymar is in Al Hilal so you must choose it as your favorite team to play with Neymar Jr on arena.

That shouldn't be a problem in doing rainbow flicks. Try to imagine your player through their eyes and then flick right stick quickly towards the back of them, then forward to where they are looking. These 2 flicks can de done in milliseconds and it'll trigger the rainbow flick.

To do a bicycle kick from Neymar rainbow flick, do the bicycle kick command instantly:
Switch: ZL + A
the rainbow flick itself is done same way on switch. Flick the right stick 1st backwards and then forward.
⬇️ arrow always means towards player's back. ⬆️ arrow always means forward to the direction player is watching.
Check out the video description in videos where there isn't nintendo tutorial. I usually always have more info in the description!

It should be quite easy: flick right stick backwards and then forward. Quickly back and forward. This means towards player's back and then to the direction they are facing/looking at.
All at least 2-star skillers can do a rainbow flick. But 4-star skillers and better do it more effectively.
Also remember that you need to release the sprint button when you do the rainbow flick.
If you keep sprinting with R2, then the right stick flick will perform a knock-on which is a different (but highly useful) skill. R2 + right stick flick to any direction is a knock-on, it's so useful if you learn to time it well.

Notice which way your player is facing at, then release the sprint button and flick right stick backwards and then forward to direction your player is facing.
Remember that you can't rainbow flick if you are holding sprint button.

First right stick flick always towards the back of the player, then the second flick towards the direction your player is facing. The rainbow flick should work, works with all 2+ star skillers. Did you get it done?

@@Mystiquegamer_23 nice to hear bro! In all tutorial images the down arrow always means to flick towards back of the player. The up arrow always means to flick towards the direction the player is facing.
Left or Right means towards the side of the player. It's best to always imagine your player through their eyes. This way you always know which direction to flick the stick.

@@Mystiquegamer_23 rainbow flick should work with all at least 2-star skillers in new FIFA iterations. Are you playing some older FIFA? It used to require 4-star skills at some point, but it was lowered. All outfield players can do rainbow flicks in FIFA now.
