I like the concept of crafting but is such a pain... 6 iventory slots but you need 5 items... each from its own store, so you need to check everything... and then upgrades, and you get back your other items and auto upgrades for something else...
There has to be a better way of doing there, like color coding stuff or shorter names, or each name starts with with store its from (s1 or s5 for shop 5).
I like these maps but the learning curve is awful, its more reading than gameplay.

Probably not the overflow. If it overflows and the regen turn negative, he would die like any unit with negative regen (such as Phoenix).

It actually is definitely an overflow. The reason why he's not dying is because it's not the regen that overflowed but the value of the health.
Think of it this way.
Let's seperate them both to internal and external hp
total HP = hp base + hp from item and stats
Now, when a hero is regenerating, they linearly increase the hp until it is equal to the max. How about this, what if the current is over the limit? The value would become negative and then added to the other.
For example. The intended hp is 100M which gets seperated to 10M and 90M while the limit is 50M before it goes negative. If he gets damaged back to 20M and allowed to regenerate, you can see that it should regenerate until 60M until the other value goes negative and then it shows that he has negative regeneration.
It probably doesn't show negative because the variable for display is unsigned.
The fact that he didn't die at 1 hp is because the data is stored seperately from the actual HP and probably are in different variable types.
