My grandma gave me a ring that looked like costume jewelry. I think everyone thought it was costume jewelry, probably why no one really cared that she gave it to me. After bringing it home and cleaning it up it didn’t really look like costume jewelry anymore. I brought it to 2 different jewelers and they both confirmed it was real gold. It has real diamonds. But neither could confirm if the emerald was genuine or not. It is 10k gold, It has 24 small diamonds and a rather large emerald center stone. It seems strange that a ring would have real natural diamonds and possibly a fake or lab created emerald. Idk if that’s a common thing or not? Regardless whether it was fake or real I will cherish it and eventually pass it on to my daughter.

I can always tell what’s real and isn’t since I was a kid and I got a diamond while panning for gold in Alaska so there’s obvious signs
As for a C-section, I’m gonna say natural birth. All natural is actually extremely difficult as well, and it can take up to the same amount of healing time.
