"Advice for improvement: Lower the chance of Car Lot, Mod Shop, and Safe House Teleports significantly and open possibilities of other shop and regular other places on the map at random
(such as Tollbooths, Landmarks, and possibly including the Finish Line). Also add more creative Effects like Instant Car Reset, Wheels got Spiked, Infinite Nos or Speedbreaker, lightweight car, heavy car, free pursuit or parts markers, Turn Off Catchup, Greyed Out route on races or simply disable map. Also we can have Heat Level Tweaking or Pursuit related stuff like Instant Backup, Refresh or Disable all Hiding Spot and Pursuit Breaker for a minute, Summons Roadblock or Rhino or etc. Not Instant Busted though because that's clearly cruel. (Unless if it has a very rare chance to show up)"
