    Nice! I use to have an old Tenere. 1981 model. Steel tank. Kick start with the decompression lever. What a beast! Good to see you are back!

    Awesome guys gotta luv the Aussie bush I was in Omeo a couple of years ago stayed the night at the Golden Age great old pub cold beer and great food keep them coming Daz.

      @@IntotheMountains Yeah it is mate I've had the pleasure of the hospitality of both of those establishments over the years ,I carted a lot of livestock out of that country back in the 70s.

    Nice to see you back on the Tube Daz and teaming up with the old familiar faces pleasure to watch and set the mind thinking, was just about off load my Yamaha but may just trade it I for a newy much to the annoyance of the MRS but hey what else would a fella do.     Wow, how cool where those caves. Had lunch at the ADA hut in Nov, but it was piss'in down, when we were there. Diesel was a lot cheaper when you shot this. Great vid.👌

    Welcome back Daz! Awesome video mate and good to see some different content. Looked like you lads had a ball and what a perfect way to run in the new bikes. What program do you generally use to route plan?

      Thanks mate, was a great trip albeit a bit wet at the end. I should get up to date with these new programs for planning, I still use an old school paper map mate. I just like laying them out so everyone can see and discuss. Open to recommendations if you know any. 👍🏾

    Would be inclined to switch the engine off next time you drop it Daz, potential there to starve it if oil mate. Was there a few bike short listed or was it the T7 from the get go?

      Yeah between us we’ve owned or riden most bikes out there. I had a dr for a while but for me the other bikes in adventure category are all to tall and heavy. Even with the T7 I can’t put a foot down and support the weight as I have a short inseam. Makes for a fun day in the bush 😂 the lower bikes like the Himalayan or scrambler styles just get hung up and don’t have that fun factor in terms of power. Loved the Aftrica twin but just miles to high and heavy

    Great video again Daz. Been a while between drinks… Just wondering, when was it filmed? I noticed diesel prices at the end of the video was around $1.19/litre. Plus you mentioned the bush fires as well…

      Not exactly sure on the timeframe mate. The lockdowns are all a blur for me. It was after those massive fires and about half way into the “lockdown for our safety”. It was bloody hot I remember that

      We are in northeast vic mate. Pretty easy to find if you explore that area. Sorry I don’t make a habit of marking these spots on open forums as they are already being ruined by the small number of people that find them.

      Hey Ben! I’m still getting away with the stock pirelli’s but they are no good off road as soon as it’s wet, even the slightest moisture will get interesting real quick. I’m looking at the motoz for winter

      Sorry skip we just did the old follow the paper map trip. Nothing fancy on the gps front. Will have to start using those planners for future trips.
