I'm a Kapampangan. And from what I see, that sisig is more like a chicken mayo spread than a real sisig. No wonder Shana says that it can be turned into a sandwich. I just hope when they introduce Filipino foods to foreign artists, they chose the most authentic form of it. It beats the purpose of introducing the "food culture" when you chose these kind of variations. Nonetheless, I'm glad they they still like the food.

@@minjeonghilario doubt it. Might be because of dieting. But still, filipinos has tons of different chicken based food. We have inasal which is one of the sought-after by foreigners. I just think they just chose the sisig just because it's called "sisig". Not for it's authenticity.

Filipino food is sometimes had different twists a fusion of some kind. Kakaiba kaya yuon Ang napresent nila pero iba parin yung original sisig.. Tama ka.. 💖 Sana next time they visit, they get to eat "the charm" of traditional ingredients of dishes have.
