Fairly certain that this is just a Doujin album, nothing more, nothing less. FAIRIAL was a doujin music circle as far as I know (and honestly I'm not sure if they still exists…). No guarantees, of course, that it hasn't been used somewhere else…
two years later but I wanted to answer. If i remember correctly from translation notes by the Ar Tonelico crowd, this was an original fantasy album that had its own language and took place in its own world.
