@@timmynotjerry I just hope they stay that way... Always have been a 100t fan after Sen... My other Fav Team also got destroyed (referring to Loud benching Less, which means that 4/5 Loud players from 2022 gone)

Really puts into perspective how much a good IGL can lift his teammates up. Asuna is undisciplined and throws a lot, but Boostio seems to love that and is using it to his teams advantage, he's unleashing him while having a player always be there to support him so it's not a full throw, and Asuna has been popping off because of it, even when he throws his team gets the space now. Cryo went from one of the best prospects in the game, to a below average player, and is now back to his usual insanely good self, and again, Boostio is putting him in those positions and giving him confidence (the coach probably has a say here too, but you get the point). Eeiu is also being more confident in his decisions and he's been more consistent with both his util and shots.
They've always had the potential, but they needed someone to support them, give them confidence and use their skills properly, like not trying to force Asuna to play slower or more disciplined, but coming up with ways to use it to the teams advantage. Really happy for them.
On the other hand, you got NRG with a superteam on paper, but without a flexible IGL that can work around the fact that Crashies and Victor are still mentally little kids, and someone who can boost Demon1's confidence, they're basically the worst NA team rn. Ethan is a great player don't get me wrong, but he never had any tactical depth, ever since he started with 100T it was blatantly obvious. He'll always make the disciplined and correct play, and you need a player like that on your team (C0m is similar), but if your IGL has that mentality, you'll end up with Demon1 who's unsure of what to do - does he get confident and just go for duels, or does he stay back and hide avoiding the risk? At that point, he already lost, you have to 100% know what your role is so that you have 0 doubts when executing it. Boostio always made a point of giving him full freedom to do what he feels like, which resulted in Demon1 being the best player at that time.

After SEN, 100T is the team I like the most. The reactions from Boostio are priceless, Asuna has that Jinggg movement, Cryocells has that aim, bang is an insane phantom player, and eeiu also has his pop off moments.
