the DS version is the more superior one with having the map, and Capcom really dropped the ball on the BNLC, not adding those quality of life changes.
but hey it's Capcom after, as they really like to half-ass things like always.

They wouldn't modify these games as they're source ports of the Japanese versions. If they used the DS version instead we would've had Sol Cross
