- Ever wondered how a Bazi Chart is read? There are many ways to read a Bazi Chart. This sharing and demonstration is the method I developed through my own practice. Please note that other practitioners will do it differently, for no other reason than the simplest one - we all think differently.

Bazi is fascinating indeed, and every bazi master offers different perspectives based on their own training, experience and accumulated database.
LOVE the Lady’s Land visual. And the chart reversal on the perspective of the father was mind blowing. I’ll have to rewatch this and try it in my chart!

This single aspect ensures that I will watch this again and again until I understand this Bazi schmazi confounding perplexity, taking away different learnings each time while gazing at the pretty colors as you draw them on OneNote.

You can. It just requires a lot of practice and exposure. And as you do so, you develop your own style as well. My EG and HO in the chart are both very weak. Had to be trained. 🥴

Really learnt much from your way of reading a chart. I am confused on why Yi wood is used to represent the father, not Jia wood in the Shifting Palace method? The chart belongs to a lady Xin Of Yin polarity hence Jia of Yang polarity should be the father. Thanks for your sharing. 👍
Please don't be confused. I typically just use IW to represent the Father. I know, there should be a distinction, but in Shifting Palace, the key is to see - in the Chart owner's perspective - what is the structure of the father.

I have plotted my bazi on JY plotter with unknown hour. Would the Day Master revealed be accurate in this case?
In most cases, unless you are born close to midnight, the Day Master will be the same.
@@PaulynneCheng My mum used to say I was born 'around midnight ', but can't remember when. 😑 Not much to go on, unfortunately.
Though I still have the year and month branch, I'm hoping. 😄 and hopefully the day earthly branch.
@@user-zp6ho5fr2z Then take it on affinity the date you keep using as your date of birth is the chart you're supposed to have. Just plot the Chart with the hour unknown and accept the Chart that is given. My suggestion.
