Standart photoshop brush, for refining i used smudge tool from photoshop (other apps also got a similar tool)

I happen to want to practice the surrealist style, and I don't know how to start.

Medibang is an excellent program
You just need to adjust the settings of the smudge tool and you are read to go
Best way to practice it is by smart observation
Just drawing a picture(an image that you like) just by looking at it and ask yourself why there is a certain color or shadow
Most of the work is done in the mind
