I agree with your assessment. Price is too high for me though. I especially agree with Matt's comments on the dinette. I'm one of those people that like a dinette for the flexibility of using it as a table or a daybed for casual lounging or nighttime sleeping. Oh, that cabinetry is awesome.

i'm surprised the bathroom door wasn't a dislike, the fact that it hits the bed when opened is disappointing, maybe a pocket door would have been better. I agree with Andrea on the color scheme, especially in something so small it lightens it up.

My dislikes are can barely open bathroom door with bed there and bunk no room for adults but fur kids and I would use it for storage. Don’t like manual to turn chairs around. My likes are the dinette and wardrobe and the amount of storage you get inside and out. Love the colors inside. It’s.a very nice Class B+. Thank you and Andrea.

Matt the most used trucks for class B and C are Fiat Ducato with sister Citroen, Ford Transit, then Mercedes and some Renault. Volkswagen are only used for some camper vans.
The largest manufacturers with multiple brands are Trigano group, groupe Pilote and Hymer.

What’s up Matt and Andrea, just FYI in Germany, most Germans speak English. They will say they speak “a little bit” but it’s way more than you think. They can carry on a full conversation no problem. Also some of their conversations is very direct and if you don’t know that ahead of time May find offensive however that’s just how they speak. Lived in Germany for 3 years so I have a decent idea of how it all goes down. Super pumped to see y’all’s video! Take care!

Likes: exterior paint, Benz, one touch awning control, with wind sensor, Dislikes: no exterior tv, no ladder (deal breaker), ccc (deal breaker, as in no way, no how), too tight with slides in, not able to walk around bed (deal breaker), bathroom door can't be open all the way because of the bed, plastic shower curtain 'door' (never). Next....Speaking of bringing a ladder, with only 950 lbs ccc - add two people, a dog, full tank of gas, some water in fresh water tank,, ladder - what ya got left????? MSRP - LOL

I'd go for it, but I want to tow a jeep behind us for our side adventures and not a SKINNY JEEP either, lol. At 4,200# towing capacity, the Sprints and the Transit chassis aren't my cup of tea, fortunately. They don't make a class A that short and Class C's of the E350/E450 variety often have exposed tanks that are too risky for freezing on the shoulder season of April and October in the mountains. Keep up the good work!

Matt, you are going to be surprised that most of the vendors at the Dusseldorf RV Show will speak English, no worries! People that work at the airports, train stations, hotels, restaurants also speak English as well as most taxi drivers. I watch a lot of YT videos on European RV's and I can tell you without hesitation, the quality, fit and finish and overall design are much better than the US manufacturers (sorry guys, but American made RV's are cheaply built) and the prices are almost the same. In Europe the Mercedes chassis is one of the best, but not everyone has deep pockets there just like here in USA, there is a price for everyone, with that said, other choices are Citroen Jumper, Fiat Ducato and VW. A lot of the Vans/RV's there are standard transmission too and use smaller displacement engines for better fuel economy. And lastly, they don't have too many Vans/RV's with slides!

Those shelves in the clothes closet are good for shoes... camera gear... etc etc Stuff you don't need every minute. Use the cabinets above the dinette for food storage. The bed not being usable unless slide is out is the one big DISLIKE for me. The windows that are awning style so they can let in air flow and keep out rain are a very nice feature.

Hey Matt / Andrea .. aight so here we go with another trash can .. actual cost of the trash can is : $193,726 ( MSRP ) / 8690 lbs (dry weight estimate) x 3 lbs (it’s a medium) gives us $66.88 - those class B and B+ get us up there .:. The curved cabinetry 👍🏽 is really nice; the kitchen is decently equipped 👍🏽 with a good sized fridge and a pantry ; and the bathroom 👍🏽 doesn’t look crowded (+ for the pooping position and we can order porcelain as an option, but, at $200G I don’t think I should have to - tell Thor that plastic doesn’t match the elegance of the cabinets) and + for a decent shower (for a B) .:. I would smack my head on the light above the dinette seat 👎🏽 and the light would lose; I wish the overhead bunk had more room 👎🏽 (my grandkids parents are going to be sleeping there); we know that everything is in shortage but a diesel generator 👎🏽 would be my first choice .:. @ this price I’m agreeing with Matt on the power seats 👎🏽👍🏽 but it’s diesel powered with good torque .:. the end of the day we can get a class C with a washer dryer (Thor makes one) for close enough to the same MSRP as this unit, and the C has a king bed (Thor makes one), so I’m still a class C customer .:. Freulein, ein bier bitte. The only German you need to know. But be careful - raising thumb is one where raising pointing finger is two. Also when need to get rid of some bier, "Herr" is not the ladies room, and "Damen" is not da mens room. (But you can run some side bets to see if Will and Jen figure it out.)
While I've liked the Delano/Tiburon in the past as it has been in the premium tier, this one gives me concern. I noticed this one has a new logo "Tuburon SV" Does the SV stand for "special value" or more bluntly, "stripped vehicle?" There appear to be so many downgrades relegating it to lower tier. While I have never liked the TT floorplan, at least in the Delano/Tiburon it has the FB (murphy bed) floorplan on the same full length slide, which unfortunately, Thor doesn't duplicate the dual offering on other models like the Gemini where stuck with the bench/bed only.
While there are quite a few likes - cabinets, decor, and even the bathroom as the plastic toilet, even if it was porcelain would be replaced with an ADA 18" "chair height" porcelain toilet...so in this case, plastic is good to be thrown in the recycle bin.
Dislikes make it a no-go. First off is the cab. The 8th digit on the VIN# is "M" making it a 2021 chassis, which is normal in the RV industry to differ between RV build year and chassis supplied year. The problem is that the changes as not like it was changes Mercedes made for 2023 - which they haven't announced yet. I do like the head unit with the large display as guessing it is custom to Thor when previously "stripped" chassis removed the 10" display and put in a 7" display with a faceplate covering the 10" space. The problem is deleted features, in addition to fewer safety features, usually delete NAV. Not certain if has rear cameras. Also deleted was the 3 position memory seats that was unique to Mercedes. But the thing that kills it for me is on the window sticker and keeping the price high compared to other stripped versions. Adding to the MSRP is "Surcharge $15,000". In the automotive world, that automatically walk off the lot and it sends me to competitors.

My main comment is if it's Mercedes it should have a porcelin pooper. I might make the cargo capacity drop to 800 lb, but if you want a higher capacity, get a rig on a Dodge or Ford chassis. 'Merica!

200,000 dollars i should be able to open the bathroom door all the way and not have side step into the bathroom. And the dinette needs to go away in favor of a couch or theater seats

This RV is beautiful, but I can not justify spending $193,000 for a bed, an uncomfortable dinette and a plastic toilet😕😕😕

Plastic toilet with that MSRP price? Seriously??! The cabinets are nice, would prefer a sofa over a dinette. Thanks for the review.

Just an FYI. Most Germans can speak English, especially major Corporate personnel. If you need a translator, I’m fluent in English and German. I’m available to do with you as your personal guide and translator!

OCCC makes this a useless vehicle. Why not call this out. Lots of storage space to carry nothing but cotton balls.

So Thor Bought Hymer Group.....as to this unit, you can put lipstick on a Pig, but it is still a Pig! As to the units you will see over there, not all Mercedes......you will see a lot of units built on the Fiat Ducato.....AKA Dodge Promaster! Enjoy Your Trip, we will look for all the input. Funny Story, Thor did not buy Hymer North America, so Roadtrek here in Kitchener/Waterloo is now owned by Groupe Rapido....you may see some of those over there, but probably not under the RoadTrek Name!!!!! can you spell Westfailia?

Well -I am not even going to say what I think of Thor products because it isn’t good and I will NEVER OWN anything under the Thor Industry umbrella again for sure -Once was more then enough for me-But I went to Germany and I liked it so have fun-can’t say I really care about how Europe makes RV’s so don’t know that I would care to watch any of it 🤷‍♀️🚌🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
