    Did not think an offer of 10% was on the table. They have a plan to 7m but have not executed. I thought they'd bottom out offer 12.5-15%. Very good offer

    I always ask if they are going to bring in 7M this year why do they need the 500K from the Shark?

      Because most goes back into growing the business to grow, and probably pay roll and taxes. Thats probably what they need for a safety net incase something
