Yes when something we almost i guess, depend on being there for a type of support we need. I know exactly how this feels when my children's father passed away 5 years ago i never imagined that I would feel such a deep loss its like half of myself literally died when he died. We were very close friends before we even started dating. We were together for almost 20 years. It wasn't perfect by any means but I have come to realize that when i decided to end our relationship for good but just remain friends and awesome co-parents i even become friends with his new girlfriend and he liked or at least tolerated a couple guys i dated. He would get in hos depressed moods and would drunk call me saying that I was the love of his life and that no matter what we're doing or going through that hed be there for anything I needed. I took that for granted because I never imagined that he would get sick with something that works take him out of my life for good. I had to stay strong for our children and grandchildren but after almost losing our son because he was grieving hard and the way he learned how to deal with issues like his dad he turned to alcohol and drugs my son has literally flat lined one in a bad car accident which he jad been drinking and found out that his dads girlfriend had started dating another guy and my son freaked out about the guy being in his dads house laying in his dads bed so he was on his way to drag that guy out of the house. Well on the way there something caused him to run of the road them when he jerkedthe steering wheel butto get back on the road well he did it way to hard and fast and his yruck flipped side over side like 5 times before coming to a stop upside down a passing car and coincidentally a parent of one of my sons friends so he seen it all happen then after that a few months later he overdosed and had to be brought back 2 different times in the same day. Then his sister, my daughter was starting to have her own issues and like dad turned to alcohol and got into a situation where she was running with not very good people plus she got a dui. Dealing with all This caused me to go into a manic state then i lost control and almost gave up. I started using drugs to cope with the pain, stress and guilt. And him not being here for support that i always ran to. He was gone what do I do now i can't afford professional therapy , I definitely can't talk to my husband about how much i miss my ex i don't any other family besides my children and i definitely can't put anything else on them. So i just exist day to day getting into a depression that i my get stuck in. It has physically, medically mentally and spiritually drained. So one thing I have turned to is tarot and researching spiritual things and learning about the beginning of life for all of us likewhereexactlydidwecomefrom and why what is our purpose here. To hurt? Struggle? Really what. Its my mission to gain all the knowledge i possibly can. I definitely put up a wall and and isolated from almost everyone besides nature.
