So good! I appreciate that you kept the rug. I love my Labbies but they are tough on rugs especially if you have a "digger" seeking comfort. I had purchased an 8x10 oval jute rug for my dining room, absolutely loved the look. My old gal Suki loved it too and eventually all the braided goodness became separated. I can't imagine anyone entering your home not feeling a sense of calm and cozy. Your styling is a reflection of you. You could do wonderful things with an Air BNB property.

Wow your living area looks so similar to mine. Except my tv is where your console table is and I have another 4-5 feet between the fireplace and your window with the accent chair. So yes, my fireplace is not centered and I’m dumbfounded on how to decorate that wall. My space is about 19x14 and my couch layout is the same as yours too. Same windows. Crazy!!
