Amen brother. I struggle with your message of realizing the joy all the time. I always think of the what ifs and how comes? Thank you for the reminder of being present and being aware of the blessings and joy God has given me.
Great sermon. It really made me stop and think. I’ve been guilty of not recognizing the importance of the moment and totally enjoying time with family. The last part of the sermon with the family pictures hit me like a ton of bricks. I forfeited so much trying to make a living and trying to figure out Gods purpose for my life. I don’t want to do that ever again! Thank you Blessings!!! P.s. I’m 55 and I’m pretty sure I sang that song in Sunday School as a child.

Father, I lift up this relationship to You, asking for Your guidance and peace. Lord, if it is Your will, bring clarity, healing, and understanding to both hearts. On a scale of 1-10 I’m at 1 to 0. By this weekend I’ve got noplace to live and have to temporarily separate from my ESA kitties after losing my mobile home and previous kitties in a fire 2&1/2 years ago. I don’t know if I can do this again with depression, severe anxiety and PTSD. It’s feeling like it’s just too much to bear
