I cut out gluten and diary completely and the difference is night and day. Im shocked how i no longer get acne. I notice I only get acne when i used to eat these things. 1. For toner:
Boil leaves of neem tree in water for a few minutes as she did. And then add that water in equal amount of rose water. Keep it in refrigerator and use it within 7 days.
2. For mask: (make it fresh everytime)
Mash leaves of neem tree with yogurt. And then add rice powder in it. Use it for 25 minutes. To take it off, spray that toner on your face to make it damp, and remove it with your fingers in a circular motion. And then wash your face with cold water.
3. For potato juice:
Cut a slice of potato and scratch it like she did in the video, and apply it on your face when when it's juicy.
