I've been playing with him since day 1 and yes he needs buffs. He just needs a whole new rework . His moves are slow and are telegraphed. His headbutt in season 1 was all he had going for him and they nerfed it. He is also really susceptible to being crossed up and jumped in on because of his slow walk speed and lacking anti airs.
I hate to say it but this paladin dude has to be the biggest scrub lol..the amount of time he’s play ryu this dude should be the best ryu in the world..he does the same thing and is extremely predictable..everytime he drops u he runs up for the throw..punk on the other hand can literally beat this lame with any character in the entire series of street fighter..dude is just not good
