The Equinox is a portal where we can stand in the balance of all the worlds/all dimensions and more easily access the other realities that coincide with this one through quantum jumping. If we can get so present to lose self identity for a moment (your not a name, a body etc. but rather you are energy, frequency, SPIRIT) and tap into that Libra balance using Heart-Brain coherence or an equivalent practice....well when you become coherent of heart and mind you begin becoming coherent with Spirit as well and that's when miracles happen. Friends and I have been blessing and thanking the water in local reservoirs. Each time we tested (by dowsing) the purity of the water before and after. Each time the water was 15% before, then we placed the jar of water on a photo of a water crystal of Gratitude from Emoto's book, chanted a prayer to the water and tested again. Each time the water then tested 100% pure.

When Davyd was talking about Sedna 30mins in , and letting go of the Boat .... , it reminded me of this morning after meditation I was reading a book called "Always Song in the Water " and the Artist was talking about a trip they took onboard a ship, and at the Tropic of Capricorn the Capt stopped the engines and most of the people on board stripped to their shorts and leapt into the Sea for 45 mins . Thank you Pam and Davyd for these wonderful messages from the astrology and the plants. A propos water it seems that the lymph plays a major role at maintaining our internal systems clean. I presume that plants can support us on that subject too (nettle, dandelion, etc..)
Yes yes yes ☺ as a natural medicine practitioner this is my journey .... the body / nervous system/ energy field responds towards health quite naturally as it was created to do with the use of Mother Natures gifts.
Also as I am from Aotearoa NZ I will contribute the Maori myth about Ranginui (Sky Father) & Papatuanuku (Mother Earth) who became separated thus creating the trauma of a broken home for their children ... US. As we rediscover heaven on earth we are creating divine union and happiness & joy for all of life.
There were people here before the Maori who were very peaceful and did not possess weapons, some were Lemurian as the Land of Mu was essentially the Pacific Ocean surrounded by the ring of fire of volcanoes in this region.

Cleavers.. Is the plant that cleans our lymph 🤗
Cleavers the Bidibid plant ? is one of them for sure ; people have cleared cancer by using it and great if it pops up in the garden just let it grow thru its cycle & harvest.
Quite bland can b put ibto the teapot with lemon balm to cheer us up & chamomile to calm us down lol ☺
Fenugreek; Calendula; Echinacea also effective for lymph / immune function.
Lymph does not get pumped around by the heart so we need some movement / rebounding/ walking stretching to get it flowing well.👍
There are some great practitioners out there who do lymphatic clearance work so all of these things work in tandem with each other to prevent illness. 💖
I am a herbalist so I get tinctures which can be blended for greater synergy according to unique individual design.

I have heard it said that holding & blessing food & drink before putting into the body helps to purify it.
It makes sense when we consider that at the heart of every creative endeavour is our intention.
As we purify our intention we create space for a pure vessel to exist through which we are birthing the Divine Goddess frequency purely by breathing and visualising.
Using the heart as centre, golden light & the figure 8 or whatever we are individually called to create.

As you might already know it's traditional in alot of homes to say "Grace" before eating a meal right ?
The intention of gratitude being another component of higher frequency that we can all do for free lol.
Sometimes we think we have to go out & buy things to invest in our health & well being and yet alot of us have been struck down financially esp since COVid happened.
This must be incredibly tough even for people who are normally positive about being challenged.
Pam is often telling us to 'go within ' & draw from our inner power & intuition. To breath through the heart.
So I see some similarities to what Pam has often expressed in that true heartfelt gratitude & intentions are sourced from within.
