also ill try to give some advice, but im not a teacher nor an incredibly artist so look at this like a suggestion, not actual advice, but the way you hold the pencil looks really cramped. id recommend to hold it a bit more lightly (hard to explain exactly) wich will make your linework look a lot more fluid and less rigid. Also try practising your lines, be more confident when doing strokes and dont get hung up over small details. when youre shading try different kinds of pencils, some are better for sketching and some are better for shading, but i would usually say harder pencils (like hb,f,h etc) for sketching and softer ones (like b 2b 4b 6b etc) for shading. also treat yourself to some good paper, especially for shading it will make a huge difference.
