I feel sorrowful to Cambodia in my heart and soul. It's my maternity homeland. Our people had a glorious era from approximately the 5th to the 13th century. Our civilization was great; then it was declined. I wish we still have country in the world map forever. May God and Angels bless Cambodia and Cambodians!
The snow was great at mt hood meadows. I had a good time with my skiing ⛷️ in this season. I wish I am still alive to see the future of Cambodia. I'm 69yo. I am still working on-call job and skiing full-time. May God and Angels bless Cambodia and Cambodians!
Freedom of speech, press, or expression is one part of the rights of humankind and part of the constitution of all the countries in the world. Most of the government follows the constitution.
Independent work in all departments of government systems. Bureaucrats, electives, legislative branches, and the House. We all have obligations to the nation and citizens under written laws and the constitution.
Standards of codes of conduct in top country leaders: Moral principles Law/construction/legal obligations Values of government staff and leaders: loyalty, duty, respect, selflessness, honor, integrity, personal courage, etc. Everyone could find all the definitions of these terms in Google or in library books. For those who have college degrees, they still remember humanity studies. For military service members, they clearly understood well enough. For government servicemen, they had government system course. Remember, humans have super intelligences.
