  • My RED is dead guys. Involved in stupid accident on my part. Here's what happened and where I go from here. Insurance claim, camera replacement hunting.

    Which camera would you get between Canon C70, Canon EOS R5, Sony FX6, or the RED Komodo?

      RED Komodo buddy. You love the RED and you love to move the camera. Komodo is super light. It's awesome.

    Dude. I am so sorry. I can sense the sadness in your voice and demeanor. I remember how excited you were when you got it. Hopefully you will look back one day and this was what pushed you to the next level.

    Oh man, i sorry for that! I have a Epic Dragon also. I know that you have insurance but there is CG Wilson in Georgia, USA that still repairing DSMC1 bodies.

      Amazingly, after 6 days on rice , the camera booted back up!!! I did a follow up video here: ruclips.net/video/9qbPqhBkiQ8/видео.html
      That being said, I would love to have CG's contact info for sure. Would be fantastic to know someone who can do DSMC1 repairs.
