I will never understand when there is a huge IP catalog and we see repeating courts. Same happened with Star Wars. Very nice, despite the lack of characters 👍
No kidding. I mean, they did well and I kinda like the idea of the B&W paired with the color. But not at the expense of missing out on so many classic characters!
@@TheCardGuyReviews it's because a lot of the old IPs have been rewritten (sorry I mean "Reimagined")... if they went with either version of the Little Mermaid for instance, there would be outrage!
@@TheCardGuyReviews it's not politics, just personal preference. When you said "what about the Little Mermaid" it begs the question "which one?". Whereas 5 years ago it would not.
It’s crazy they would have “Disney 100” anniversary cards with only 13 characters in the whole deck. I mean they couldn’t even make the queen of hearts the aptly named queen of hearts
This feels like a huge missed opportunity. It's 12 character repeated when if this is supposed to be a deck celebrating 100 years of Disney there need to be some Marvel and Star Wars characters.
It’s actually 24 characters each repeated twice - but point taken and I agree! So many more characters that could have been represented. Even if you stay classic Disney and leave out Marvel and Star Wars, still a ton to choose from.
@@TheCardGuyReviews Yeah, it was 24 my bad! But yeah, even if we limit to just Disney and Pixar there's just a TON to choose from. I mean this set includes Mickey, Minnie, and Donald but Goofy is absent as well as others like Clarabel and for films I can think of a few like Hercules, Mr. Incredible, Joy, Quasimodo, Pocahontas, Kuzco, Yzma, Kronk, Mike, Sully, Genie, Robin Hood, etc. I understand with a 52 card deck you have to pick and choose but 24 characters repeated twice just feels lazy and that's a shame.

@@bretton_woods Maybe. I think you may be seeing politics where they are not, though.

@@bretton_woods Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think you'd hear one ounce of complaint if they used the original - in the spirit of the entire deck.
Just can’t seem to find this deck. Great review!
I’m happy to help get one out to you at cost if you drop me an email or IG DM! (My details are in the vid description.
Approximately 15$ at Penguin Magic
I'm surprised that you (or anyone else) have not reviewed the luxurious decks of cards called "The Keys of Solomon"!
Looks a great deck I think. Could definitely have had some different courts I think!
Very cool deck. Can you make view of Bicycle Prismatic, Caesar? Thank you
Are these Gradeable with PSA?
I am not a Disney fan at all, but surprisingly I love the deck!

4 Diamond is Luca, not Bruno
$15 a pack. 😎

They could of done 52 different Disney/Pixar characters alone, no need for Marvel or Star Wars.
