2:57 R0 is Ring road 0 (zero, not o), the ring road around Brussels. 6:16 that stretch of the Brussels ring road is horrible, doesn't matter what time of day or day of week, there will be traffic there. Also a pretty weird way to get from the ring road around Brussels to Mechelen, if you stayed on the E19 you were initially on instead of exiting to R22 (the 2nd ring road or outer ring road around Brussels), you'd have been in Mechelen in 15 min tops
