- For Continental Tire ambassador Rutledge Wood, his dream car comes in the form of a custom Rauh Welt Begriff built Porsche 911. Japanese Artist Akira Nakai transformed a 1986 Carrera into a backdated widebody rendered by the incredibly talented Jon Sibal.
Randy Allgood and the team at Kenwood Rod Shop in Peachtree City, Georgia turned the aircooled 911 into a fire breathing hot rod, complete with a GM Performance LS-3 from Summit Racing putting out 525hp, backed by a G50 transaxle built by Rader Motorsports. The build is packed with performance from Odyssey Battery, KW Suspension, Brembo Brakes, 9 Eleven LED headlights, custom Magnaflow exhaust, and custom built Forgeline Wheels.
The final build was revealed at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Came here post the Donut RWB video. Not disappointed one bit! What a gorgeous machine.

I dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account??
I somehow lost my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Alfonso Carlos instablaster :)
seeing the interior made me actually cry you sir are a genius
Rutledge is so awesome. Been big fan over 15yrs.lots of laughs. And the man knows is stuff.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.Glad he got his ride.
Freakin awesome rut! Haven’t seen your content since your top gear days. You know how you said someday a kid will have your Porsche on your wall? Well I went from drawing cars as a little kid to watching every single episode of top gear to watch you three have the adventures of a lifetime. You touched so many youth with your personality you didn’t even need a car to do it! Now I’m 21 and on my grind to be able to purchase my own dream build. Thanks rut for keeping me into these beautiful machines.
Really beautiful car. Must be such a blast to drive. Well done!
I’m curious to what Nakai felt about the LS swap? Rut you’re awesome, the car is made for dreams. I may not buy a poster of it, but it sure earned a few spots in my rotating computer wallpaper album! Congrats
We luckiest to have nakai San
I wanna go to Japan one day and experience the car culture.
came after donut video. the look is amazing
Gawd I wish I had the motivation and funds to make the things I want happen. A 60's IH 1600 cabover on a one ton single wheel chassis with a Gale Banks pimped out 6.7 powerstroke made too look like an older sibling to the econoline pickup. On a similar note I would like a similar age GMC medium duty cabover setup like a big corvair rampside with the drivetrain out of a FWD GMC motorhome in the back pushing with a Delphi quadrasteer system. Also I would love A pinto and chevelle both with their companies' respective new turbo 4's and hot hatch suspensions and handling. And finally I would like a 68 chevy c10 stepside with an R2.8 Cummins for a daily driver. If only I had half the motivation as I have imagination I would be dang near unstoppable.
This video makes Nakai-san look so much more friendly and affable than ANY OTHER RWB BUILD VIDEO.
Congrats Rut!!! Now we gotta see the continental Supra build.
Congrats Rut. Now I'll have to keep an eye out for this in PTC.
I would have guessed when he was asked to say something, say how you feel... I thought for sure he was going to say..... Aaaaammazing! Hello from Newnan..... Love Katie lou's.....

Id love to hear from Rutledge on how the kit has held up and how he likes the LS swap. I am doing a 997 LS3 swap and seriously thinking about doing the upcoming RWB kit for my car. @seneca911 on IG
The beta of the betas
Paints fake tire company name on continental tire on their channel. Priceless
Window decal is crooked
GeneralOsik still moisture on it during that segment. Look later and it’s correct
@@artieshell9205 last shot of them walking away, you can see the angle is off through the rear window. Next time you see it, the windshield trim is in, covering up the uneven edge, but it's still crooked.
