This house will not pass the inspection in US, building codes require railings for ALL staircases, building codes require the railings from the bottom landing to the top landing for the safeties. If any guest falls down from the stair, insurance company will not pay for the hospital bill, due to illegal installation and unsafe reason? Plus the stairs do not meet the building code.
@@tkkwan7605 the owner can install new railings, however the existing staircases are too narrow, the staircase for this luxury home should have 48” wide staircase, so two persons can walk up the stair together.
