Even without the dance, music, and love flowing the colors were a celebration all by themselves. I loved how each of the ashoebi girls each had her own gorgeous gown in the signature color. Happiness to watch!

Thanks for posting this stunning event. The bride must lose 10-20 pounds on the big day! I've only been to one African wedding and it was in the US. That was the most fun and exciting wedding I've ever attended! Much like that one, I loved the music, the dancing, the pure shouts for joy, the FOOD and FOOD (you get the picture), the fashion parade, the respect for the mothers and the aunties! Loved all of it! Makes me even more proud to part of the African diaspora to have such beautiful traditions. All the best to Adamara and Uche! God bless you and your future endeavors!
Nigerians do such fantastic weddings, our American weddings are so boring in comparison. The attire of the participants is so royal, I salute all of you Kings and Queens!
Traditional African Weddings are so amazingly beautiful compared to a regular basic white wedding dress and saying (I Do). I have just witnessed a beautiful wedding and I truly wish them nothing but the best in life.

This was so beautiful to watch. I saw the bride and groom really having fun. But omooo weddings can be so stressful. I can only imagine how tired they must have been after all the dancing.. I wish them a happy home.
It's heartbreaking that we, the ancestors of the slaves in the USA, missed out on our culture, the African culture (specifically those countries where the slave trade was dominant). We have been subject to the culture of the world, and what we had was stripped from us during the Atlantic Slave Trade. We must, as a people, the brown people, lift each other and teach each other the things we do not know, and do it with pride. Ase, ase, ase
Bellazane, You are so right. We in America has list so much of our heritage and culture. This is absolutely beautiful celebration. I love the way the bride and groom, and their families salute each other. The dancing is wonderful, the gowns, magnificent! I pray for the couple and their families.
