I absolutely love wet wok stations also I Love the vids but did anyone else notice how much meat was left on that fish!? But that doesn’t phase me cause my wife and I put it on our NY food list!!!!!
Depends on what culture is cooking and cleaning, Americans and other countries have many different knives for different things but most asian cultures cleavers is the main all around knives for every thing. Even i get tired of using many different knife so i just stick to a light but strong cleaver
I really don’t get it why do they complicate cutting the fish. I personally think that fish is more tasteful if you cook it with their bones. Or is it just me?
