Hey Caitlin! So sorry your launch didn't go as expected. What happens when you reorder? Is there a timeframe or an expected amount of time for manufacturing? Outsourcing is a whole other beast that to be honest, I am not interested in.
Re-orders are much easier since we've already gone through the process. I'm hoping this was just a one time thing to get started!

I just have one thing to say/suggest. Please don’t take this as hate because it absolutely isn’t; I love you and your channel. You mentioned ‘educating your customers’. Not sure if you are just using that term on here, or if you use that term with customers at all. But personally, I wouldn’t use it with customers. If I was a customer of your business, and you (or someone connected to your business) said that or anything like that, I’d personally take it really condescendingly. I absolutely know for a fact that you wouldn’t mean it like that as you’re far too sweet for there to be any ill intent meant by it. We all take words and phrases differently, and personally I’d find it really condescending. Just thought I’d mention it, because I wouldn’t want you offending any of your customers ☺️

Hi! Thank you so much, it's so nice to be back up again. I totally understand where you are coming from. I use "educating" because it's an industry term that is meant to stay internal. I would absolutely never use that language when talking with a real customer but I really do appreciate you looking out for me. I would never ever want to make anyone feel that way.

I really won't have her in the studio once I get my products (there won't be any room, lol). I never have her here when formulating or making bar soaps that will be sold for that reason as well as just basic sanitary reasons.
Where did you get those white stacking shelves for your soaps?
I got the from soapequipment.com. They are nice to stack and dry but are a little difficult to pull individual bars out...

Hi! This is the one thing I don't feel comfortable sharing at this time. I have worked really hard on my custom packaging and don't feel sharing it would be a good move for my business. I hope you can understand. Thanks!
Do you make more money manufacturing your products? How do you find someone that you can trust to make your products?
It's not so simple as just saying you make more or less money. It all depends on economies of scale and what you're selling, customer demand, etc. I'm happy with my choice and it will free up my time to do more things in my business!

Why put containers of products in boxes, your mission statement indicates you want to decrease landfill packaging…… yet you are putting containers in unnecessary packaging….why …..the boxes are beautiful i am not denying this….// but I can not resolve the double standard…..
Hi Heather! I completely understand why you would think that and the reason I haven’t explained is because I have some business doings that I can’t discuss openly yet. I have made a significant impact already on plastic waste reduction and as my company grows I will look for new ways to continue reducing waste including papers, etc. Currently though, the boxes for the body butters have a purpose and are still less detrimental to our planets health. I appreciate your feedback!
