Fantastic! Revolutionary! Truly a paradigm shift in art photography - pour yourself a fine Trappist ale and relax in self - congratulatory bliss! I'm putting my 5x7 outfit up for sale before the bottom drops out of the market.
+Michael Sherck 110 is where it's at! Anything larger is a waste of time. Let it be known across the land that this is the day the 110 revolution began! I was hoping to use a Disc film camera, but myopic film manufacturers stopped making the film. Don't they understand how they are squelching my creativity. "VIVE 110!"
Looks like it would be somewhat lighter and simpler than LF, but are there any trade-offs? One that I can think of is it seems like you couldn't use a cable release, leading to camera shake. Can't think of any others at the moment, though. Would love to see some framed contact prints. Anyway, definitely keep us up to date on your progress with this setup!
+Mike Thomas Absolutely no trade-offs! I invite camera shake! It will only add to the artistic aspect. I am using Lomography film so perhaps I should just throw the camera at things and see what I get. If your interested I will be offering 20"x24" prints of my 110 shots in the future for $1,000,000.
It is amazing how much gets recorded on film. I use Jobo 110 spiral to develop regular 8mm film clips or 16mm clips on. Those can be projected very large on movie screens from film projector
Nice setup, light and small. You should recommend this camera to Ben Horne, especially if the image quality is almost same :) He had same weight issues with his hiking bag :)
+Gaetan Cormier I am selling all of my gold and buying all of the 110 cameras in existence. I will hence forth be known as "The Keeper of 110 cameras."
Great video! Exposing just one roll of film for the shot is quite risky though. Most 110 photographers shoot doubles in case one roll gets messed up during development.
+Manuel Lion Good advice! I may even shoot 3 rolls for one shot in the future. It is vitally important to me that I "get the shot." Price is no object when it comes to the quality 110 delivers.
Haha, keep it simple. This photo is better than the first photo made by Joseph Nicephore Niepce in 1827, and that one took a lot more effort to make. Keep up the good work!
Ha Ha, Fan Fucking Tastic. The funny thing about this is that half of what he said was not too far from the truth. The 110 can give you fun and acceptable photos.
Impressive video promoting photography with a 110 camera! Your switch from large format to 110 will act as an inspiration to many!
This is GREAT! Thanks.

This video just came up in my suggested auto-play. You've made of fan of me lol.
Haha very funny!! Aren't you just a barrel of laughs...
I thought you were a nerd, till I found this video, definitely proof of the fact you are not :D great setup, and your composition top notch as always!
Ha! Nice to see you don't take yourself serious all the time.
The sad thing is how decent the quality is from that negative!! Better than I expected.
I was beginning to freak out until I realized this had to be a joke. Nicely done, I must say. I got a good laugh from this one. keep the vids coming!
I don't understand what you mean. This video is no joke :-) 110 is where it's at! Anyone who tells you otherwise just doesn't get it!

Cool! I always see those 110s at swap meets

Amazing how such positive comments can sell anything on today's social media, not.
Great video! I´m looking for a scanner similar to yours that also would scan 120 film. Are you aware of such scanners?
April fool`s day...
I wonder whether the Impossible Project would undertake the reintroduction of disc film? I'll bet it would fit inside an iPhone case...
ROFL! We'll now I know where I went wrong! Do they make a lens hood for this camera? Great video!
Great video! Inspirational! LOL. I've just noticed some people have givin this a thumbs down. Really?
+Clyde Selsor Maybe they forgot what day it is, have no sense of humor, or are ardent 110 shooters that I have insulted.
Because of this video, every film photographer will want a 110 camera..must hurry up to get one before people pump their prices !!!! lololl

I have that same tripod.

I have one camera like that. Would you like to trade it for the 8x10?
I enjoyed that even though it was the 1st. of April.
very funny!

It was fun to shoot! And the photo actually turned out better than I expected.
Are you going crazy?
:)
Why don't you just go digital?
Ha! Ha! Ha! Could you have found something smaller for LARGE format photography.
