The satisfaction of preparing my favorite dessert at home, with the ability to adjust the sweetness to my liking, is truly worthwhile.
This Red Velvet cake is a recipe I'll always return to; it's simple and delicious.
What you’ll need:
-3 cups cake flour
-2 cups sugar (preferably castor sugar)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 teaspoons baking powder
-4 teaspoons cocoa powder
-115g unsalted butter
-1 cup canola/vegetable oil
-1 cup milk
-3 Tablespoons white vinegar
-4 eggs
-1 Tablespoon vanilla essence
-2 Tablespoons Red food coloring
